The amazing race season 28 episode 3 summary

I forgot to mention that the entire 'time remnant' thing is just absolutely stupid. I also hope that the finale of The Flash has huge repercussions for ArrowВ and gives that show an opportunity to hit the reset button in a major way. I'm hoping they do something more original in Season 3. Well that's it for Season 2 of The Flash.В It was a good-but-not-great season. They should go into holographic video game development or something. That hologram of Caitlyn sure looked real! That's some seriously impressive tech.Also.I don't think I'd wear the bad guy's hat, but whatever. Barry's dad looked kind of goofy in the Flash suit.Though she is a much more zen character this season, which is good overall. No way would Iris be so zen about her dad being taken, promise or no.Why was everyone so against Barry racing in the first place? It just doesn't make sense to me.Obviously Star Labs needs much, much better security though, much like Arrow's lair. I also liked how Wally was so upset that Team Flash made such a stupid move, and went and freed Barry on his own.Instead of the usual 'How could you lie to me!' spiel he was just grateful for Barry helping him. I really liked that Wally wasn't all emo about Barry being the Flash.The end was terrific, and I felt sad to see all the characters say good-bye as Earth 2 Harrison Wells and his daughter departed. It was still very entertaining television. I don't mean that to come off as too critical. What would have stopped him from simply coming back to Earth 1 via a portal of his own making? Team Flash caging Barry and trying to stop Zoom is noble and all, but their plan was to trick him into being knocked back into Earth 2 in a surprise ambush. It was a more convoluted, less personal, and less original version of the first season with a less interesting villain.Д®ven this episode had moments there were simply inexplicably dumb.

An evil Speedster pretends to be a good guy, eventually turns out to be a bad guy, is responsible for killing one of Barry's parents, and so on and so forth. Too much of the first season's plot was copy/pasted over into this one, as well. Zoom was evil in an almost entirely impersonal way, especially compared to Eobard Thawne. In a lot of ways, this season's villain just didn't make sense. In fact, why didn't Zoom just steal speed from his time remnants directly? He wanted to destroy the multiverse, and could do so by powering up a contraption called the 'magnetar' that would essentially nuke all the other Earths, since Earth 1 is 'at the center of the multiverse' (though what that means in a quantum physics sort of way eludes me.) Why didn't Zoom just use time remnants to help him power the thing? Couldn't he just race himself? He didn't need Barry at all to carry out his plan. Zoom's master plan this season was also sort of a letdown.
